Support

Anytime you need support you can reach out using the following:

  • Use the search function in the Help Center.

  • Send a Support request where one of our agents will respond.

  • Read up on our Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

  • Ask our friendly chatbot for assistance.

Our support channels are located throughout the platform for easy access from the home page before you login and when using the Nine Ad Manger platform. To see where you can access support you can refer to the below.

Home Page

  • From the home page you can access our support resources highlighted at the top of the page.

  • Resources will show you information on streaming and reaching your ideal audience.

  • FAQ will show you our frequently asked questions.

  • Support will enable you to send a support ticket request.

Nine Ad Manager platform support

  • You can click on your name in the top right and a drop down box will appear, from here you can click support which will then raise a pop up box to request support. See below Support Request images further down the page.

  • You can click on the “Help Center” logo in the left side panel which will redirect you to our help center which you can search for your questions.

  • You can click on the bottom right to access our chat bot for additional support.

Help Center

  1. Select Help Center home page.
    This Help Center will look different as we make regular updates over time.

  2. Type something.

  3. Select any of the results.

Support request

To send a support request via email:

Select Support from the top-right menu on the home page.

  1. Fill in the form and Submit.

  2. Your request will be handled as soon as possible by the Support-team.
